We cover the area from Newbury to West London, High Wycombe to Basingstoke.  Please see our Areas Covered page.

Only for commercial premises.  For domestic premises we can provide a quotation over the telephone.

How quickly can you respond to my pest problem?

We endeavour to make appointments within 2 working days.

What are you working hours?

Weekdays Monday to Friday inclusive (excluding Bank Holidays).  Domestic appointments are nearly always allocated a 2 hour time slot.

How do I book an appointment?

To arrange an appointment, we find it easier if you telephone us on 01491 628 200 (working hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday).  Alternatively send us an email [email protected]

How long should I allow for a visit?

For rodent treatments please allow at least 1 hour for the first visit.  Length of visit will depend on pest problem.  For flea treatments please allow a minimum of 2 hours.

Do you remove wasp nests?

Active wasp nests are treated.  Active wasp nests cannot and should never be removed, it’s just too dangerous. During the winter we can remove old inactive wasp nests if necessary, for example if in the way of a plumber, loft insulating contractor, electrician.

Do I have to be at home when you attend?

Yes, we do require the home owner or a responsible nominated adult to be at the property as our point of contact.  We will need to discuss the treatment we are carrying out and any recommendations, arrange follow up visit and any answer any questions.

When and how can I pay?

Please pay our technician at the time of his visit/on first visit for rodents, you will be given an invoice. Our technicians carry mobile card readers (for Visa, Mastercard payments), we can also take cheques or cash.

I am a tenant but my landlord is going to pay?

We operate a strict “Whoever instructs us pays us” policy.  Therefore, if your landlord is going to pay, they must contact and instruct us directly.

What should I do about a swarm of bees?

In the case of a bee swarm the most appropriate method of control is the safe removal of the swarm to a hive by an experienced beekeeper. We do not provide this service, but the British Bee Keepers Association website has lots of useful information and a local bee keeper finder tool.

Can I carry out pest control myself?

We would always recommend using a professional pest controller for all pest problems. When you use a professional, it increases your chance of a successful treatment and ensures your pest problem is not made worse.
