Vacancy for Qualified and Experienced Pest Control Technician

We are looking for a full time experienced Pest Control Technician to join our successful and busy pest control company based near Reading, Berkshire. We have been established for over 25 years carrying out pest control work for a large portfolio of commercial and domestic customers.

Job Specific Requirements:-

• Must be qualified RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management (or an equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years’ post qualification experience in the pest control industry
• Ideally live within our working area
• Full clean UK driving licence, held for more than two years
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Professional presentation with excellent customer service skills
• Able to work at height and use ladders
• Use hand tools and undertake minor proofing and clearance work
• An all-out passion for problem solving and willingness to go the extra mile
• GMP experience an advantage but not essential
• Ideally you should be a BASIS Prompt or BPCA Registered Technician

 We will provide:

• Salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum
• Fully equipped Company van for business use, company uniform and mobile phone
• Working hours Monday to Friday 08:30 to 5pm. Occasional overtime
• 28 days holiday per annum including Bank Holidays
• Day to day work arranged by our office team
